Somos unas hamburguesería gourmet, La primera en GDL con el primer local Gaspar en 2010 ( este año cumplimos ahora en abril 5 años), y en el 2014 abrimos las puertas de Telescopio.

Nos gusta la comida de siempre, los sazones de casa , y eso intentamos reinterpretarlo en las hamburguesas, variados platillos, postres y bebidas que ofrecemos en Gaspar y Telescopio.

La calidad del producto local, nacional y la frescura de este, es un principio para nuestras cocinas y elaboración de recetas y platillos.

El espacio de ambos es casual , acogedor , con toques al estilo bistro frances .... Garantizando que el comensal se sienta acogido como en casa ....
